“We tied the knot at the stunning Park Farm in May 2022, in the most magical of ceremonies. Getting married underneath the oak trees, surrounded by nature, with curious lambs poking their heads through the gate to take a peek was an actual dream come true. We had great weather so managed to take full advantage of the different aspects of the venue; field games and bell tents in the paddock, dancing and dinner in the the Cart Shed, cosy crafting area and evening food in the Lambing Shed finished off with sitting around the fire pit, watching the stars appear as the day drew to a close.
Park Farm was the first that we visited as a potential venue, and no subsequent options held a candle to it. We will be forever grateful that our day was at such an incredible venue, and brought to life with the expertise guidance of Jill and fantastic recommended vendors, such as Jeannie Williamson's flowers and Pauly Wright's photography.
We wanted a day where we could celebrate our wedding with our family and friends, with a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of fun and a gorgeous countryside, natural feeling and Park Farm was perfect for this. The venue was a rustic, blank canvas, allowing us to bring our visions to life around us. With the extended exclusive hire period, we were able to enjoy setting up the day before, and not rush to deal with any logistics on the night of the wedding having the next morning to pack up and depart. The venue catered for everyone, with various spaces and areas for people to enjoy at their own pace. I got ready with my bridesmaids in the Granary room, and had the absolute joy of watching guests arrive and mingle, with swallows swooping past the window as I prepared.
We had our bridal and grooms' parties stay on site in bell tents, with parents in two beautiful room within the farmhouse. The Shepherds' Hut was a beautiful, quirky alternative for the wedding accommodation.
We cannot recommend this venue more, it will always hold an incredibly special place in our hearts.”
