Ceremonies

Park Farm is licensed for Civil Marriage and Civil Partnership ceremonies and together with our woodland ceremony area and both The Lambing Shed and Cart Shed to choose from there is plenty of scope to cover all tastes. We are licensed for 100 guests including all officials, photographers etc and are registered with Rugby Registry Office.

In order to book a ceremony at Park Farm you will need to apply to Rugby Registry Office, give notice and make payment directly to them.

On a glorious day, an outdoor ceremony is a unique way to tie the knot!

Subject to weather conditions, ceremonies can take place amongst the Oak trees but with British weather being so unpredictable, we are lucky to have The Lambing Shed available as a contingency plan should your outside ceremony need rehousing in a hurry!

For those preferring a Church Wedding you can get married in your local parish and join us at Park Farm for your celebrations. It is also possible to get legally married in parishes closer to Upper Shuckburgh by special license.

Alternatively, Upper Shuckburgh Church, St John the Baptist in the Wilderness is situated on the estate, more specifically on Goblin Hill and is only a couple of fields away from Park Farm. Unfortunately this is only available for blessings unless you reside or have close ties with the parishes of Lower or Upper Shuckburgh. Whilst only a small venue with a seating capacity for approx 100, it is ideal for blessings and with Warwick or Rugby Registry Offices only half an hour away, the legal part of the marriage can be conducted prior to the wedding ceremony itself.

Upper Shuckburgh Church is part of the Shuckburgh Estate and application and payment to use the church needs to be made directly to Sir James Shuckburgh (contact details can be supplied)

“If you are planning to get married, look no further. This venue is absolutely perfect, the views of the countryside, the B&B accommodation, Jill and Tim’s relaxed nature, the use of Sir James’s church and the flexibility to put your own stamp on your day. We will look back fondly on our weekend for the rest of our lives. Thank you Jill and Tim.
