Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do we go about booking Park Farm for our wedding?

Once you have made the decision to hold your wedding at Park Farm, we send you our Booking Form along with our T’s and C’s. We ask for an initial non-refundable deposit to secure your date together with two further payments, 6 months and 2 months respectively before your wedding.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

We do recommend that you take out wedding insurance as in the rare event of a wedding cancellation all payments made are non-refundable. The only exception to this is if we are given at least 12 months notice prior to your wedding date and can secure another booking in its place.

  • Where is Park Farm exactly?

This is a good question as we are a little off the beaten track, tucked away at the end of a very long drive! However, following the directions below will get you to the farm alternatively if using a Sat Nav our postcode is NN11 6DS

Park Farm is located off the A425 midway between Southam and Daventry. If approaching from the Southam direction, travel through the villages of Napton then Lower Shuckburgh and continue on up the hill looking out for the estate gates to Shuckburgh Hall on your right. The next entrance on the right is our drive which runs parallel to Shuckburgh Hall and is sign posted off the road. Look out for the yellow and blue reflector post on the roadside on your right. If approaching from the Daventry direction take the A425 signposted to Leamington and Staverton. Once through the village of Staverton continue for approx 3-4 miles looking out for the yellow & blue reflector post on the left-hand side. If you come to the entrance to Shuckburgh Hall on your left, you have gone slightly too far! Once on the drive, continue for approx 1 mile keeping straight following the signs to Park Farm.

  • What facilities does the venue provide for our suppliers?

We provide a 5m x 5m catering tent which is accessed from behind The Cart Shed along with separate car parking for suppliers. Within the catering tent there are 6′ long trestle tables provided for prepping areas, power points and lighting. There is also a 50 KVA generator and access to drinking water.

  • How are we expected to leave the venue after our wedding?

We basically just ask you to leave the venue how you found it when you first arrived! We ask for all suppliers to take their rubbish away with them and we respectfully ask for you to take away all your own personal belongings. We do charge to remove any excess rubbish left on site which will automatically be deducted from your damage deposit.

  • What time does our wedding have to finish?

We are licensed until 12.30 pm however all amplified music must stop by 12 pm and we respectfully ask for your bar to finish serving by 12 pm and carriages by 12.30 pm.

  • Can we leave cars on site overnight?

    Absolutely!

  • Do we have to use your accommodation?

The Granary, Garden Room and Shepherds Hut are all available for your exclusive use for two nights and can be used by either your direct wedding party or guests and are included in our hire price. We are unable to book out our B & B rooms independently whilst a wedding is taking place but you can of course allocate out the rooms and charge family / friends accordingly!
